Therefore, it is prayed before GST Council to include Tax Advocates for issue of legal/tax compliance report U/s 35(5) of Central Goods Service Tax Act on the following grounds and also to win the confidence of Tax Advocates of India to achieve the target of legitimate tax collection under GST:-
